Pricing FAQ

What your subscription includes.

Is there a fee for each sale?

No. Solvin3D does not charge commissions or fees per order or sale. You only pay for your subscription and any separately agreed additional services.

Is the number of products limited?

No. All plans allow unlimited products. Reasonable technical limits may apply to file sizes, storage and excessive infrastructure usage.

What is included in the free migration?

We transfer and set up agreed compatible products when you provide the original 3D models, textures, designs and source materials. Every migration is reviewed before work begins.

What is included in the free first setup?

We create your account and configure the first agreed product using materials you provide. Complex modelling, digitisation, custom development and non-standard integrations are quoted separately.

Are 3D model creation services included?

Custom 3D modelling from scratch is not included. You can manage content in the dashboard or ask our team for project-based content services.

Can I publish on more than three websites?

Yes. Multi-site includes up to three websites. Additional websites can be connected for $50 per site.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel before the next billing period and published configurators remain active until the end of the period already paid for.
